Orders, Payments & Pricing
Orders placed via WhatsApp are subject to stock availability and price verification. Payments can be made via UPI or Cash on Delivery. We offer competitive neighborhood pricing with discounts up to 15% on select monthly healthcare essentials.
Delivery & Timelines
We strive for ultra-fast 10-minute home delivery for orders within Ganga Nagar and immediate Katol Road areas. Timelines are subject to traffic and weather conditions in Nagpur, though our priority is rapid fulfillment for urgent health needs.
Returns & Cancellations
Medicines once delivered cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect. Cancellations for the 10-minute delivery service must be made within 2 minutes of WhatsApp order confirmation to ensure logistics efficiency.
Limitation of Liability
Devki Medical shall not be liable for adverse reactions arising from self-medication or any delays in delivery caused by factors outside our immediate control. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
